We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

  • Original packaging intact (where applicable)
  • Item was not marked as Final Sale at time of purchase

Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We're happy to exchange eligible items. Just mention it in your return email and we'll sort it out for you. Exchange shipping is on us for defective or incorrect items.

💳 Refund Timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
