  • You received the wrong item
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods (treats, food items)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Original shipping fees (unless our error)

🔄 How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@marleymedeals.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.

We'll confirm within 1–2 business days and send return instructions if needed.

Refund issued within 5–7 business days of approval or item receipt. Funds return to your original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please email us a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.
